We are seeking a Studio Director to lead the Haldon House design studio. This role provides the design leadership, operational rigor, and judgment that keep exceptional work moving, carrying the Creative Director's vision through the studio, resolving day-to-day design decisions, and holding our design language and standard across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate is an exceptional designer who has grown into an exceptional leader, with 8 to 12+ years in a high-end residential, hospitality, or architectural studio and a proven track record of building and developing design teams. This role will manage our design leads, run internal design reviews, own workback schedules and studio capacity, and evolve the systems and playbook that allow the studio to scale without compromising the work. It is a highly autonomous seat at a defining moment for the firm, with the clients, pipeline, and platform already in place. Work will be performed under the direction of our Founder & Creative Director.

We are seeking a Design Lead with experience in the residential industry. This role is responsible for developing CAD drawings, 3D modeling, selecting furniture & finishes and creating presentation decks. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the construction process, the ability to manage and deliver a project from start through to completion and will collaborate closely with our Technical Director to ensure designs translate to reality. Work will be performed under the direction of our Creative Director and with the support of a Jr. Designer.
