We are seeking a Design Lead with experience in the residential industry. This role is responsible for developing CAD drawings, 3D modeling, selecting furniture & finishes and creating presentation decks. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the construction process, the ability to manage and deliver a project from start through to completion and will collaborate closely with our Technical Director to ensure designs translate to reality. Work will be performed under the direction of our Creative Director and with the support of a Jr. Designer.

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in architecture, construction, or real estate development. This role acts as an Owner’s Representative responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, and scope from feasibility through closeout. The ideal candidate should have deep construction knowledge, the ability to protect design intent while enforcing execution rigor, and will serve as the central liaison between internal teams and external partners. Work will be performed under the direction of our Project Director.
